    "I tried to go to work but my garage door opener only opened halfway. I did a quick search on Thumbtack and ProLift replied almost immediately. Their credentials seemed first-rate and I reached out. After a few text messages over details, I gave the go-ahead for the home visit. Henry arrived within a few hours of my initial contact. He evaluated the problem and gave me three options for service: a minimal symptom repair, an adequate replacement of worn parts and a servicing, and finally a system overhaul to alleviate all problems and replace an aging garage opening unit. I chose the complete replacement option. But I did some quick research on the unit he wanted to install. The quick results indicated that the unit was far superior to my current unit. That's why I chose the last option. It's an investment for the future. Henry installed and calibrated the new unit in a rather fast amount of time (meaning his expertise). He even programmed my vehicles to the new remote control frequency. Henry was friendly, efficient, and totally professional. He even laughed at my corny and overused comic material. I am very pleased with the service and the product. The price I paid was not cheap. I don't know if there were less expensive options available on short notice. But I'm expecting the product to be first-rate and dependable, and the 5-year warranty is a comfort. I just wish the LED lighting on the opener was a little brighter."
